What we do with your details

In force since 18 September 2026. The 18 September revision corrected three things this text did not say and the site did do: the fonts are served by Google, the site keeps your language choice in the browser, and the anti-abuse brake derives a short marker from your IP that does not lead back to it.

What we store

When you fill in the form on agpos.tech we store what you write: your name, the name of your shop, the type of business, your city and country, the way you asked us to reach you and, if you wrote one, your message. We also store which page you came from, if your browser says.

We do not store your IP address or your device model. The only thing derived from your IP is a short, one-way marker — a salted sixteen-character digest — used for exactly one purpose: counting how many forms arrived from the same origin within an hour, so a script can be slowed down without shutting the door on every other shop. That marker does not lead back to your IP and is used for nothing else.

The site uses no cookies and no tracking tools: no analytics, no pixels, no advertising. The only thing it leaves in your browser is agpos_idioma, in local storage, to remember whether you chose Spanish or English. Clearing the site's data removes it, and it is never sent anywhere.

What for

One thing only: to write to you about AgPOS. We do not sell these details, we do not share them with anyone, and we do not use them for anything else. If we ever wanted to use them for something different, we would ask you first.

Where they are

In an Argentum database hosted on Supabase, in the United States, set up so that the site can only add a contact and can never read the existing ones. Only the Argentum team reads them.

Who else sees something when you open this page

Two companies, simply because the page loads, and neither of them receives what you type into the form:

Your rights

The details are yours. At any point you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@argentumhq.com. We answer within ten working days. These are the rights recognised by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25.326), which is the law we work under; the supervisory body is the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), where you can also file a complaint.

How long

Until the conversation ends or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. If we never end up talking, we delete them after twelve months.

Who is responsible

Argentum, which makes AgPOS. For any question about this page: support@argentumhq.com.
